FAQ

NO Generative AI

AI is not involved in any of the art I make. Everything you see on this site is 100% human-made. 
Additionally, all of the thumbnails and sample images on my website have been altered to poison any dataset that attempts to include them. I do not consent to my artwork being scraped for AI training.

AI generated images are not art, it's a crude regurgitation of data. Generating AI images and claiming them as your own work is theft. Gen AI does not make art more accessible, it makes important resources inaccessible for many artists.

Print Details

Prints come in two sizes:

Prints are made with acid-free ink on a semi-gloss canvas. 

Prints are shipped with stock paper and plastic sleeves for protection.

Returns & Exhanges

If your prints are damaged in the mail, send me some pictures and I'll send you a replacement! 
If your prints are damaged after you've already received them, and you'd like a replacement, send me pictures and explain what happened, and I will likely replace them depending on the situation. 

If you'd like to return your print for a full refund, or exchange it for another one, contact me with your receipt and send the original, undamaged print back to me. On receipt, I'll send the new one. Some exceptions apply.

Commissions

While my commissions are open, you can reserve a slot HERE.
Once you send payment, your slot is reserved. You can send references in advance, but it is not required until I contact you to start the commission process.

Throughout the process, you and I will communicate and collaborate so that I can create artwork that is to your liking.

If I send you a request for details, information, approval, etc, and you do not reply within 30 days, I reserve the right to cancel your commission with no refund.

Once you approve the design/artwork, I will send you the full resolution file(s) for you to keep, and use in accordance with my TOS.

"View Only"

If you see your commisson listed on my website, it may not be for sale! Check if the listing says "View Only" in the title.

Once your commission is fully paid, completed, and delivered, I may ask you for your permission to make your commission available as a print. If you say no, that's it! It will be listed on the site for the purpose of maintaining my portfolio, but will not be available for purchase. Those listings are set to View Only. 

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND AT ANY TIME! I want to make that very clear that this is a flexible agreement. If you'd like a percentage of any sales that include your artwork, or want to work out some kind of deal, we can definitely discuss that too. I'm an open book! 

If you do not want your commission visible on my website or posted online, I do give the option to keep commissions private & anonymous. There is an additional fee for a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which varied depending on the scope of the project. Contact me for more details on this.
